Terms of Service

Number Sense Trainer is an online math practice service run by Avocado Math. By creating an account you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Accounts
Parents create and manage accounts — their own and their child's. One account per email; keep your login details safe, and pick nicknames rather than real names for usernames. You are responsible for activity on your accounts.
Free access and practice passes
Every child account includes a 7-day free trial (no card required). During the founding phase, the first 100 students to pass Practice Sets 1–5 within their trial week earn one year free access (365 additional free days). Students rostered on the math team by the invited coach receive the season free once a parent approves the invitation (free access is extended to one year from acceptance; if the student leaves the roster, all remaining granted days are subtracted). Free access from any combination of programs is limited to a maximum of one year per student per year and never stacks; purchased passes are unaffected and always add their full duration. Continued access is sold as one-time practice passes: $10 for 1 month, $25 for 3 months, $45 for 6 months, or $80 for 12 months, processed by Stripe. Passes never auto-renew — when a pass ends, nothing further is charged unless you choose to buy another. Buying while a pass is active extends from its end, so no purchased time is lost. Except where required by law, payments are not refunded — if something went wrong with a charge, email contact@avocadomath.org and we'll make it right. Prices may change, but never for a pass you already bought.
Our content
The practice questions, question generators, and everything else that makes up the service belong to Avocado Math and are for your personal, on-screen use.
Ending an account
To delete your account, or your child's account, email contact@avocadomath.org from your account email and we will process the deletion. We may suspend or close accounts that disrupt the service or other users; if we close a paid account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of the current pass.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
